closed for renovations
This blog is closed for a while -- for positive reasons this time: I'm going to be focusing on writing that novel, and doing some different, active things rather than all this morose navel-gazing on a daily basis (which is what this has become). I think I'm much happier, and a better bloke, when I do stuff rather than talk.

Doubtless I'll still be visiting my old haunts, making the occasional ill-judged and insensitive intervention.
I know I'm a serial 'I'm not blogging any more' threatener. But I feel like I need to focus elsewhere for a while: doing something bigger, creatively, and more exercise and concrete physical things. I've got a bit diaphonous and attenuated, y'know? Gassy and insubstantial...a planetary nebula of random digital exhalations. That can't be good for anyone, can it?
