i went to iceland in 1989 for a couple of weeks. it was a bit of a 'left-field' place in those days -- far too trendy and happening for me now, i suspect.
i'd like go again one day, especially for the fantastic scenery and weird skyscapes: very strange cloud formations.

Because I'm a huge Bjork fan, I tried to like Sigur Ros, I really did. But I just couldn't get into them.
